Our Mission

Achieving Intentions

“Equal opportunity does not mean equal outcomes. Similarly, having Intentions is necessary but not sufficient to achieving outcomes. Achieving Intentions will work with you to translate your opportunities and intentions into your desired outcomes.”

What We do

At Achieving Intentions our talented team of coaches use evidence based approaches including Neural-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coaching techniques, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Instrument (BMTI) and Murphy-Meisgier Type Indicator for Children (MMTIC)Practitioner psychometric tools, the Qualified Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) tools, ICF approved  coaching guidelines and extensive personal experience to support you in:

Restoring Balance:

As beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, so is success in the minds of the beholder. The beholder lives in two worlds, the innate world representing how one receives, processes and acts on information.

Unlocking your Potential:

We are all familiar with the statement that “we are all born equal”, however we are well aware that we experience and travel through our life journeys differently with different outcomes.

Achieving your goals:

Goals can only be achieved when they are clearly defined, plans are developed and acted upon. Goals and action plans have to be SMART (Specific, measurable, actionable, realistic and measurable).

Improving people skills:

Success in life requires that one is not only able to unlock their own potential but also has the ability to unlock the potential of the people around them towards achieving shared goals.

Leading and managing for success:

The concept of Cooperate Personhood is receiving more attention. This is more so following key court rulings in the United States that have granted rights to companies that have been traditionally reserved for human beings.

Transitioning in life and career cycles:

Changing labor markets due to globalization, new technologies, new skills, way and styles of work, forced and voluntary migrations are leading to unplanned transitions in careers and life the world over.

Strengthen Teamwork:

Teams are made up of individual who have different innate, acquired and inherited worlds. This makes building successful teams a more complex process requiring skill sets that reflect understanding of these underlying concepts.

Building A Successful Business:

The globalization of the economy, has challenged businesses to adapt and adopt new practices that are needed to ensure their continued survival, growth, profitability of your business.
