BM is an MD and holds a MSc in Epidemiology, a Certified Neural-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach, Health and Wellness Coach, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Instrument (BMTI) and Murphy-Meisgier Type Indicator for Children (MMTIC)Practitioner, Certified OKR practitioner and Coach, Qualified Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) administrator, member of ICF and a global leader in Public Health. Driven by his belief in empowering individuals and communities to achieve human excellence, he has spent more than 30 years training, mentoring and coaching hundreds of individuals, communities, institutions and governments to optimize their potential in strategy development, project design and implementation, leadership, career and personal development. He has studied, worked and lived in 15 countries in Africa and the USA and managed large global multicultural teams and projects.

BM is a MD (Obstetrics/Gynecology) and holds a MSc in Epidemiology. Has worked at senior levels with many global organizations including the Public Health Institute’s Global Fellows Program II with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)’s Office of Population and Reproductive Health (PRH), FHI360, Population Council, International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He has served on technical advisory committees for the World Health Organization (WHO), UNFPA, World Bank and FP2020 and is an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
